Each 50g bag contains 100 mg of natural caffeine — about one cup of coffee — sourced from Coffeeberry® Energy extract, plus coconut-water electrolytes and Vitamin B12. It is gelatin-free, taurine-free, naturally flavoured, and naturally coloured, with no artificial dyes.

  • Each gummy is about 7 mg of caffeine, so two or three is a very light dose. For a coffee-strength lift, have the whole bag (100 mg) and give it about 30 minutes.

    Light lift: 4 gummies ≈ 30 mg · Half a coffee: 7 gummies ≈ 50 mg · Full coffee: the whole bag = 100 mg.

  • Coffeeberry® is a trademarked whole-fruit coffee extract — not synthetic anhydrous caffeine. It is derived from the entire coffee fruit: the same plant as coffee, processed differently to retain more of the natural compounds.

  • Each bag contains 123 µg of Vitamin B12 — 5,125% of the daily value. B12 supports normal energy metabolism.

    ⚠ Do not consume on the same day as other supplemented foods or supplements containing Vitamin B12.

  • Each bag contains 100 mg of caffeine from Coffeeberry® Energy extract, equivalent to one standard cup of coffee — about 7 mg per gummy. This is considered a high caffeine content product per Health Canada guidelines.
